Brian DiGiacomo is experienced in all aspects of criminal law including being a highly successful trial attorney recognized for his quality representation securing the most favorable outcome for his clients. Prior to joining the law of Chiarolanza, DeAngelis and DiGiacomo, he served as Special Deputy Attorney General and as an Assistant Morris County Prosecutor.
Mr. DiGiacomo was previously assigned to the Major Crimes Unit of the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office. For the past 12 years, he prosecuted cases involving murder, vehicular homicide, robbery, burglary, sexual offenses, stalking, fraud, official misconduct, drug offenses, assault, theft offenses, motor vehicle offenses, weapons offenses, and juvenile offenses.
During his career as an Assistant County Prosecutor, Brian DiGiacomo was an instructor at the Morris County Police and Fire Academy in areas of the New Jersey Criminal Code and Use of Force for law enforcement officer.
Mr. DiGiacomo received his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of law in 2002. He earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Fairfield University in 1998.
